Will my products sync automatically to the app?

Yes. Products, collections, inventory and orders sync from Shopify, so there is no second catalogue to maintain. You keep working in Shopify admin exactly as you do now and the app follows.

This is the difference between an app and a second shop. If you had to update prices twice you would stop doing it, and the app would quietly go out of date.
